At Canadian-Adventure, our priority is your satisfaction. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to assist you. Below, you'll find details on our return process and policies.

Common Return Reasons and Resolutions

Defective Product or Quality Concerns

  • For items that arrive with defects or quality issues, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Size/Color Ordered

  • If you received the wrong size or color, and we made the mistake, we will send you a replacement for free. (If you want to change your order and we have already fulfilled it there is no chance for us to give refunds or send replacements for free)

Changed Your Mind

  • Should you no longer want the item, you can return or exchange it, but the shipping fee for the return will be at your expense.

Incorrect or Missing Item

  • If we sent you the wrong product or if something was missing from your package, we'll send out a replacement at no charge.

Damaged Parcel Upon Arrival

  • If your package arrives damaged, we will replace the item for you without any cost.

Wrong Shipping Information Provided

  • Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If you realize an error after your order has been submitted, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update it before the order is processed. However, if the shipping information provided is incorrect due to customer error and the order cannot be delivered, we cannot take responsibility for this mistake. In such cases, we can offer you a 50% discount on a replacement order.

Ensuring that your shipping details are accurate helps avoid delays or missed deliveries, so we appreciate your careful attention to this.

How to Return Your Order

If you need to return all or part of your order, here’s how to proceed:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@canadian-adventure.ca within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval & Return Address: Our team will confirm whether your return is accepted and provide you with the return address. (Please note: Returns will be sent to our processing center in Asia). If we don't receive a response within 14 days after approval, the return will be canceled.

  3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and materials received.

  4. Ship the Return: Ship the item(s) back to the address provided and share the tracking information with our team.

  5. Refund Process: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 days through your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Pre-orders.

  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used or are no longer in original condition.

  • Promotional Items (including Buy-One-Get-One deals): You may return promotional items but are limited to a maximum of two items per order.

Returns on Promotional Bundles

If your purchase included a promotional bundle (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 1 at 50% Off), you may return any individual item from the bundle. 

However, refunds will be calculated based on the lowest-priced item in the promotion.

 This means that if you return only part of a bundle, we will issue a refund equivalent to the value of the discounted item—not the full price of the highest item. 
  This policy helps protect our inventory and ensures fair use of our promotions.

  If you have questions about how your refund will be calculated for a specific bundle, feel free to contact us before sending your return.

Products Damaged in Transit

If your item was damaged during shipping:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage and the product label on a flat surface.

  2. Email these photos along with a description to info@canadian-adventure.ca within 5 days of receiving your order.

We'll send you a replacement item free of charge. If a second issue arises, we will process a full refund.

Additional Information

  • Contact Us: For any questions or further assistance, email us at info@canadian-adventure.ca. Our customer support team is available every day of the week and will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • If an order is not accepted or not picked up within the specified timeframe and is subsequently returned to us, a $30 fee will be deducted from the original order amount to cover processing and shipping costs.
  • Return Approval: All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service before sending any items back. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account (up to 10 working days).
  • We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the returned item(s), excluding any original shipping costs if applicable.
